I didn’t plan to start my own business — I just got tired of seeing payroll and HR done badly.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked in payroll, finance and HR roles across Ireland and the wider EMEA region, managing complex payrolls for Italy, Germany, UK, Belgium, Spain, Denmark and of course Ireland.
I’ve seen first-hand how even the best businesses can trip over the basics (messy data, outdated contracts, and payroll systems held together by sheer willpower).

Inside global companies, I learned what works (and what doesn’t).
